Custom crafting system, world map, town map, mining, lumbering, player lairs, dungeons, mobs are loaded randomly around the world based on terrain/location, randomly loaded dungeons, a VERY balanced fighting system, friendly players, and the ConQUEST's. Items are crafted by players and can be customized to fit their needs. The world map is quite large and offers a wide variety of monster encounters. Mining/Lumbering is used to gather most 'materials' to craft. Player lairs are created by players to hoard their items, protecting them with hired guards throughout the world. Player lairs can be raided by other players and offer a fun and unique way to gather items that you wouldn't otherwise have. Dungeons are randomly spawned across the world map offering different degrees of challenges to players. The fighting system is so very well balanced I don't even know where to start. Players are friendly to new players, and offer guidance to the lost adventurer. ConQUEST's offer challenges that are weekly ranked granting prizes to those who place the best. Stop in and give it a shot.

I stumbled across conQUEST while looking for a new type of mudding experience. Tired of the repetitive grind for levels and and such and looking for a more indepth, skill-based game I got extremely lucky. conQUEST doesn't have as much vertical growth, however it's spans horizontally indefinitely. There is no limit to the type of character you can try and play to find what works best for you. There is no cost or penalty for re-rolling your character to try out new skill combinations. Some icing on the cake is the crafting system. It's not as tedious as some I've run across, it is more passive but still involving as you gain more proficiency in the various trades. Not the mention the special recipes you can find to give your character and edge with your favorite build or even open up new ones by skillfully combining the different skill-sets. And the cherry on top of it all is the custom lairs and the dungeon runs. Any player can create, design and stock their own personal lair and attach it to the world for added content. There are also dungeons that spawn open for players to group up and go out hunting for treasure. All in all this is an awesome game with constant development happening staff-side with an open channel to players for ideas and feedback. If you're interested in a new, challenging experience with a lot of fun and a steady growth in the playerbase, I urge you to check it out.
