Divine Blood is an ever-changing environment, with many 'easter eggs' hidden throughout. The playerbase is mostly helpful when asked politely, and the PvP scene has been quiet of late. The level of interactivity in the game is outstanding, with mobiles willing to chat (to an extent) in all major cities. Players of all skill levels are welcomed, and there are several web pages devoted to assisting players with equipment and speedwalks. The immortal staff is extremely responsive, and open to new ideas. I highly recommend this MUD to anyone from 16-96 years of age, as there is occasionally some adult language used in OOC chat.
I been playing on DB off and on for just over a year, so i'm i guess i'm still kinda new. I've played several other muds and haven't found one yet that has the same amount of complexity through simplicity that DB has. The other players are all nice (save for the evil ones) and most are helpful. The imms are all very dedicated and fair. I reccomend this mud to anyone who is looking for a place to invest large amounts of time that could be used on something constructive.
I've been playing Divine Blood for a while, and I'm fully addicted to it. It has some of the best mobprogs I've ever seen, a huge thanks to the Immortal Xyliacai for that, she really knows what shes doing, You can play shell games, go fishing, listen to story-tellers, read about some of the good old players in the libary. There's always something to do. There are 4 classes which you can remort and get some cool spells or skills. All I can say it, try it out..
My Mortal name on Divine Blood is Kane (+ a few alts). I've like Jaden been playing Divine Blood for several years, I think I started late 1997 or early 1998. I've tried a lot of other muds. But I have yet to find any that can compare with Divine Blood. It's with colors, but not to many colors, just like I like it. Great RP a lot of the time, not many stock areas left. Always new areas on the way. You can remort your character (Remort- Knight, Rogue, Sorcerer and Priest). There isn't all the (according to my head) confusing start up choises. It's plain simple and old skool. Hardworking Immortals, trying to come up with new stuff, that makees it harder on us all ;-) Just like it should be. Great frindship between a lot of playeres. You can PK, there are 8 Clans to join, or stay loner. All in all, a great place to join up.
I control the hero level remort character Jaden on this mud, I've been playing Divine BLood for several years now and there really isn't a place I'd rather be. I've tried many other muds and nothing ever seems to compare with the environment of DB. The world is constantly growing and being improved upon thanks to an extremely dedicated immortal staff. There's always something to do whether it's fishing, gambling listening to one of the storytelling bards weave their tales.. and that's only for starters!
