Dragons Domain IV has been in existence nearly two decades and in that time has been through 4 major codebase revisions. Those revisions have incorporated many enhancements to the stock Envy codebase, including new classes (including subclassing), a deity system, an improved economy, and dozens of entirely original or heavily-modified areas.
